This Privacy Policy describes how the Auto Parts Catalog app for Nissan parts, shown on your Home Screen as PartsNissan ("the App", "we", "us"), handles your information. We designed the App to work without collecting personal data. Please read this policy before using the App.

1. Summary

- The App has no account and no registration. You can use it without signing in.

- We do not collect personal data, and we do not use advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.

- Your in-app data (diagram balance, unlocked diagrams, purchases, favorites) is stored locally on your device.

- Purchases are processed by Apple. We never receive your payment details.

2. Registration data

The App does not offer account creation or login. We do not ask for, and do not collect, your name, email address, phone number, or any other registration information.

3. Data stored on your device

The following is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to us:

- Diagram balance: how many parts diagrams you can still open, including the free diagrams given to new users.

- Unlocked diagrams: which diagrams you have already opened, so they stay available.

- Purchase records: identifiers of completed App Store transactions, used so that a purchase is counted only once.

- Favorites: catalog screens you save, stored in the App's local storage.

The diagram balance, unlocked diagrams, and purchase records are kept in the system Keychain on your device, so diagram packs you bought are not lost if you reinstall the App. Favorites are kept in on-device app storage and are removed when you delete the App.

4. Catalog server and images

To show parts catalogs, the App requests content from our catalog server (autopartsapps.com). Diagram images are loaded from a content delivery network. These requests contain only technical information needed to return the right content, such as model, vehicle, and part identifiers, search text you enter, and standard connection metadata (for example, your IP address, which is part of any internet request). We do not send personal account data, because the App has none. We do not use this information to identify you.

5. Purchases

Diagram packs (consumable) and Unlimited (a one-time non-consumable purchase) are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment and billing information is handled entirely by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/). The App only receives the result of a transaction (whether it succeeded and which product was bought) to unlock content, never your card or billing details. The App has no subscriptions.

6. Why we use this data

- To remember your diagram balance, unlocked diagrams, and Unlimited purchase so the App works as expected.

- To keep your favorites so you can quickly reopen catalog screens.

- To deliver the catalog content you request.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

7. Children

The App is a technical reference tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Data deletion

Because the App has no account, there is nothing to delete on our side. Deleting the App removes your favorites. The diagram balance and unlocked diagrams are stored in the device Keychain and may remain after deleting the App so purchased diagrams are not lost; they are removed when you erase the device. Unlimited stays tied to your Apple Account and can be restored with Restore Purchases in the App. If you have questions about your data, contact us at the email below and we will respond promptly.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
